I had a really bad trip with parkbus in August. The volunteer was unprepared, and not too responsible. Basically, there was a problem with turning the bus around in Algonquin park to pick up a late passenger. consequently, bus was late coming into Ottawa. Dislike paying a paypal fee for the service.
