The days, weeks and months are a blur

It’s hard to believe that it’s the last day of August. I am relieved that I don’t have school-aged children and the accompanying concerns about back-to-school during the pandemic.

At least my back-to-college program is offering classes online. I look forward to that and “seeing” classmates and favourite instructors again.

I am relieved that I still have the remote IT work option but I hesitate to answer the call to return to the office when it comes. The thought of taking public transportation again does not appeal to me. Neither does being cooped up in my cubicle, with strict protocols, limited freedom of movement, and using the same IT support tools that I have been using from home!

I have been keeping my inner child busy and satisfied in the evenings and weekends with the COVID doodles. A few weeks ago, I started a Days of The Week postit project. Of course, cats are featured.

I am still writing down affirmations and adorning them with flowers and other frou frou.

Thanks for dropping by.

Stay well. Stay safe. Be patient and kind.
